Scope

Research, User Observation, UX-testing, UX/UI Design, Prototyping

One of the top UK's psychotherapy clinics decided to scale their business and focus on the online format of the therapy sessions. I interviewed patients and therapists, researched clinic website data and internal statistics, viewed competitors' decisions and best practices. As a result, I designed MVP of the cross-platform mobile app for psychotherapy on demand.

Highlights:

Made a huge research to collect all the data and create first hypotheses
Interviewed patients and therapists to approve or reject first hypotheses
Created app architecture and list of features for MVP, using JTBD
Designed layouts for patients & therapist parts of the app
Created clickable prototypes of the main flows
